Chronic hip pain
Was diagnosed with bone marrow edema in femur head caused by transient osteoporosis in may 2014. Recovered after 6 months. However have chronic right hip pain since 1.5 year even though all MRI, blood work, CT, X Ray normal.

Transient Osteoporosis is usually a self limiting disorder - means the symptoms settle down usually by 12-15 months. Resolution of bone marrow edema in followup MRI confirms that it has settled. If your pain has not settled then you should get yourself examined again by the Orthopedic surgeon and see what needs to be done
