Hip bone pain
Hi doctor,
All of sudden am facing right Hip bone pain ,femur bone joint just above thigh from last week, not able to sit and walk freely, I could not consultant doctor or take an x-ray as my area in contoment, kindly suggest any tablet or solution

Needs clinical examination. Need to rule out hip pathology Vs nerve pain. Start with anti inflammatory medicines at present.
