Bone & Muscle problems

Recently met with an accident. The scooter fell on my knee it's been 10 days to today and now pain is reduced but I feel acute pain near the joint when I place my heel on the floor so I put my toes first and then the heel. one more problem I am facing is I can't bend my knee completely like during squatting...I would be left with 3 inches of gap.And when I completely straighten my knee I feel pain below the knee cap.

Iam a diabetes and thyroid patient past frm 15days i have a severe pain in my left hand and shoulder..and when i go for a walk there is a problem in my breath ...I also consulted a cardiologist and took an ECG and got d reports normal..i wanted to know whether i hav to consult anothr doctor or consult a physiotherapist

Severe pain in forearms and fingers only in the night. So much so that they become immovable and inflexible.

I am felling pain in my right shoulder for the past 2 months after I met with small accident.it make a cracking sound whenever I move it and also my right hand weightlifting capacity fall...I am able to move my shoulder normal but it pains..does my shoulder bone is broke or it just got dislocated...help..

Dear sir/Madam,I have pain in right shoulder,It was happened in Gym workout a week before,while doing flat bench press,I heard a sound in my shoulder when I move the barbell downward to my chest,After that I can bush the weight upward from rack but I am unable to move downwards,if I down the barbell my shoulder is painful other wise No pain, I saw a bone doctor,he suggest a physiotherapist,physiotherapist giving me a heat therapy the past five days and also given dyclofinec tablet and spray,but not cured,still I'm taking rest.,and also giving myself hot water fomentation in home,kindly let us know what could happened in my shoulder? How get heal Asap?

Knee pain under patella (Left Knee). Previous had symptoms similar to ITB 1 year back in the same leg. Used to run long distances (21 km) but after injury can't run more than 2 km. Right knee too have developed more or less similar problem over the year. Depends on which day which leg is paining. Pain as such now is not localized, but mostly remains under patella lower side.

I wake up and workout at home without any equipments following an editor's choice app 30 days fitness . This has course from easy to high and I have chosen full body workout . I have heard consumption of protein within half an hour of workout has highest absorption efficiency. Which protien shake brand would you suggest I go for? My mother mentions she is having pain below knees to foot. Also gets very tired daily. She also got a red scars on her upper back from last few days. I am.panning to take her for complete check up and specially for these. Please advise.
