Bone & Muscle problems

My husband has severe pain entire neck area since 3 weeks. He did exercises d physiotherapist suggested and also cold and hot pads.. but not much improvement.. I don't know what to do.. no doctor giving proper advise how to cure this..how to go about it? His sitting posture and all might have been a problem as he sits on computer entire day, he s been improving that. Still there is pain.. Besides, what else to do to cure this pain?

I broke my left femur bone on march and it's been 8 months now although the bone is healing but it's slow maybe 70 to 80 % the bone has healed the doctor suggested me terifrac injection and I'm quite worried there's slight pain on my left hip and sometimes near the knee and nothing else.

Postsurgery of left knee, after placing implant (22-7-2016) , has a sudden swelling within 1.5/2 minutes with stiffening of musclelayer above patella, making the leg stiff & painful with limp walking & takes 2 days approx. for settling down even after taking for 2 days (4 tabs ttl) diclogesic & applying oxygalin gel plus ice pack. this happens once in 30/40 days since June 21st 2016. visited orthodoctor thrice post swelling. from June resumed even home physiotherapy as per doctor's advice.

I have played cricket before ramzan. I gave gap of one month because of ramzan. After that i started playing . I couldnt able to bowl. Some pain in right hand muscle at the time of bowling. Coudnt able to through the ball also . But i can bat. What should i do . Do i need to rest or do i need to do excercise . Pls suggest me
