From over a month the pain comes and goes. Sometimes in some parts but it is paining in the entire leg since last two days

Ankle ligament teared 3 months back and pain is still there..did physio also..tell me what I have to do

I have been cycling regularly for about 2 months now. And playing tennis too, though never over stretching at any time, due to an ACL reconstruction done in the past. Today while playing tennis, all of a sudden I felt a crick/tear sensation in my left calf with sudden acute pain. I did immediately attend to it with an ice pack and rest. There seems to be no internal bleeding or change of color in affected area of the calf. Is it only a muscle pull/strain or do u suspect a muscle rupture. Generally what is the recovery period for a strained muscle and a ruptured muscle. Thanks.

When I bowl cricket ball I get pain in my elbow then I can fold my had. It hurts. I lift heavy weights exercise dips, pullups no pain, all set. It happens only when I bowl cricket ball.

I was washing dishes, slightly bending forward. As and when i finished and stood straight, had severe low back pain which is kind of locking sensation. Not able walk, not able to sit for long, as well as hard to srand from sitting positiin. What should i do for relief from this acute pain

Hi doctors, My mother age is 45 around . She have hip pain past 2 weeks. When I went Ortho doctor last week he suggested to take  X ray..! After seeing the x ray he found nothing in that as what he expected.! Then he wrote medicine alone..! We bought medicine and She had but pain not reduced. Please help to overcome.
