Bone & Muscle problems

After I dance every day I am having a pain above the ankle for both the legs. I am applying oil and doing massages. But still pain is bothering me a lot because I am not able to walk at all after my dance class. I'm confused about the issue. Can any one help me out?

She has been treating for osteo porosis and arthritis for the past ten years. Now she has been advised for knee replacement since her knee joints are touching each other. Since she has osteo porosis. Is it advisable to do knee replacement? And how the knee implant will be fixed to the bone which is suffering from porosis? Her health condition is ok. She doesnot have diabetis or other problems.

Under treatment of IVF Put embryo 15 days back, today I'm suffering badly from right side neck, shoulder and arm muscle pain. Muscles very tight because of stress . Pls suggest what muscle relax or any other safe medicine I take during this condition

My lower back shows a sudden pain when i try to getup from my office seat and sometimes when i try sitting on it. Same happens for car getting out or in. It doesnt pain atall during any other activity. I play badminton 3-4 times a week and it does not pain during sports.

While sitting 10 to 15 minutes getting pain at back.d ay by day it is increasing.. unable to tolerate
