Hello sir/Ma'am, my finance is suffering from SVN stage 4. She is quite young 22.5 years old. Some doctors are suggesting core decompression. Is it the right procedure or she needs complete hip replacement? We are confused between various approaches. Please suggest preferable process for this stage SVN and does she need hip replacement after some years? And how successful is core decompression?

I am having intense back pain and some abdominal pain as well. I am not able to turn around due to that. The pain is in the lower back portion. Not able to understand whether it's a muscle issue or gastro issue. Please help asap.

When i bent. pain increasing at base of back.when istepping, kneejoint pains occuring.i am using RosuvasF5 for ldl.once in night and taking ashwagandha churna daily twice.

Hi, i have been having little back pain since 3-4 days but yesterday while changing my clothes, i got a sudden jerk and since then pain has become unbearable

My ankle was Sprained around 18 days back got swelling in ankle area. I have consulted an ortho doctor. After observing X-Ray he told no fractured are there only ankle was sprained. He prescribed following tabs Dolanzen And lormoto 8 tabs for 2 weeks. It been close to 18 days i am feeling less pain but i am not able to walk properly. Still some Swelling is there. In general how many days it will take to recover from sprain? Is the medication is proper? What should do now to get rid of my ankle swelling.

Hello doctor please check the photo it look like my back protion of right side has grew more than left side what should i do please help

I am 44 years old & have a wound about 1.5 inch wide & a quarter inch deep on my lower right foot since last 4 years. Recently Debridement has been done & antibiotics (cefoperazone-s & amikasin) are being administered. A dressing of ampucare & thick bandage is being done daily. I am anxious to get rid of this wound as early as possible. Pl. Advise

When I sit in complete relaxed position,legs stretched, most of the weight on lower back. After like 2 min when I move my tail bone hurts like hell, even normal movement hurts, during normal movements (climbing, sitting, sleeping) it doesn't hurt only in that position it hurts n that part gets num like dead to touch ? I am just concerned that it should not be major. Thank you
