Hello, I think your father is suffering from spinal canal stenosis but before coming to any conclusion he should get examined thoroughly by Orthopedic surgeon and then he should proceed accordingly
I think ur father has a muscle pull of soleus muscle that can be cured by a new technique known as dry needling followed by col fermentation...and cryostretch...that means stretching after cold fermentation...dry needling technique helps in reducing the muscular spasm and get the muscle to relax and get back to normal... needle is inserted into the muscle and after u are done with the treatment there will be no bleeding oozing out...get well soon...
Next Steps
Find a physio who can do this technique as there are very few Physio's who are practicing this
Health Tips
Start taking
Tab. Evion 400mg at night for 15 days
Tab. Meganeuron once a day for 15 days

Hello....... What's the type of pain?? There are many causes for calf pain. If pain is in both legs it's systemic problem and local problem if only one leg is involved..... It could be muscle spasm due to weakness or peripheral vascular disease, deep vein thrombosis etc.. Complete examination is required. Consult general physician.
