I have pain in sides of my lower back and this pain heads towards thighs and legs. When I stand this pain goes and when I sit then within some time again the pain occurs. When I lay on bed then there is no pain only if I bend my back,this pain occurs on the sides of my lower back. Please help out with some cure to this. Thanks.

Hi, my mom was recently diagnosed with calcium deposits in her left shoulder arm joint. Hi , In particular case , for example if i move my front facing right hand palm clockwise , i experience pain at ellipsoidal joint . What can be the issue ? Is it a nerve or bone or muscle problem ?
