I have pain in my heel.
I have pain in my heel since 2013. I have taken allopathic medicines but it doesn't cure. I have changed shoes to ensure it is not happening due to worn out shoes. This is causing me to avoid gym exercise too

Heel pain is common due to poor foot alignment which can be supported / corrected by external support of corrective customized insoles( orthotics). My advice: 1. Cold packs 4 times / day for 15 min on painful site 2. Stretch calf and hamstring 2-3 times / day 3. Get customized insoles for your footwear. Do not walk bare feet at all.

You appear to be suffering from Plantar fascitis. This is a common problem that arises out of inadequate stretching and tight muscles. Stretch your calf and foot every day, use a soft footwear. If your condition does not improve, please meet a good Orthopaedician. Regards, Dr Saseendar, Consultant Sports Surgeon, www.caresportsinjury.com
