Bone & Muscle problems

Hello , I am suffering from back pain from more than 2 yrs.i had gone thru some MRI and some blood tests but nothing came out. I have been told to have medicine for 2 yrs. But I cannot go with it. And this pain is kind of stiffness in the morning.it starts from around 4 am in the morning.it remains till 1 hr around after I left the bed. Please suggest over it. Really grateful to you. My knee ligaments has 5% injured by bike slipped one month ago. Yesterday after MRI dr suggested me operation ,what should . Right now i am pain and swelling at knee. Can turn my leg fully in both directions. Walking with help of knee brace.

Last yr in april i have undergone implantation of plate in my arm due to shaft in it ... my doctor is suggesting not to go for removal of the plate now n leave it as so forever since he says he implanted biodegradable plate ... is it adviceable to remove it or not please advice

As a supplement which protein is better for him casein or isolate?. Dr has suggested him protein tell me fast

Mother in law having knee joint pain with one foot slight swell up. To get relief she use hot pad . What is the solution for the problem. She can't even stand constantly for long time.

Recently there is pain in toe, no jerk was there, but still pain is there while walking. In winters joint bone problem is frequent.

When i wake up in the morning iam having lower back pain and stiffness. The pain goes away after i stand and move...the problem is i have pain only in the morning from last 5 days ..help me is it serious problem
