Acl rehabilitation
I had my acl reconstructed 10 days back. I want to recover and return to sports activists. What type of physio I should consider. Right now I'm the toe exercise without any pain. My swelling has reduced a lot. I can walk with one elbow stick. I'm comfortable bending my knee upto 90-95 degrees with heel raises. Straight leg raises are done everyday. I can extend my knee completely. I keep a pillow under my knee and push as much as I can. My important question is how many times I should do these exercises and what should be the interval time? I'll meet a physiotherapy once my stitches are removed.
