Frequent pain behind ear
For the past one week I am experiencing frequent pain and stiffness in the lower skull, upper neck region just behind my left ear. This pain starts after some time of sitting upright. If I lie down or walk around it subsides. On the first 2 days it caused a head ache all the way from the region behind my left ear to the left forehead but nothing on the right side. It started immediately after some jumping exercises I was doing. Since then there has been no headache but the pain behind the ear keeps returning every couple of hours. Please advise.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  As of now you can take a tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for a day or two.  If it still persists then get it checked out by a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management.  He will be able to help you. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
