Having pain in tail bone from last 6-8months and got vitamin D and B12 deficiency in latest reports. Starting calcirol sachet. Does a to z capsule and sevenseas perfect 7 Capsule work same? Is it fine to take both capsule once daily?

Hi there A to z are multivitamin capsules and seven seas contains omega 3 and vitamins as well. Yes it's fine to take one capsule daily.
