Next Steps
For this you need to evaluate the problem is it a musclepullor bony problem

Hello, Being a student you must have abused or overused your spine and muscles by sitting and studying for long hours. It must be a muscular pain. Of course, low back, neck, shoulder blades are inter connected. Do you assume 1.Slouch sitting while studying? 2. Rounded back lying while watching TV? 3. Poor furniture in your study station? Consult a physiotherapist to rule out the Lumbar disc injury.
Next Steps
* Hot pack application * McKenzie press ups (you tube it) * Floor Spine extension exercises * Sleep well. * Go for a regular walk if you are inactive. * Go to gym, become an exerciser to prevent the recurrence.
Health Tips
If you are ignorant/unaware/negligent about your slouch postures, what ever the world class treatment you do; All will be in vain.
