There is a pain in my right side back, near my elbow. A little part has become hard like a stone and it's hurting me when I sleep on right side. How to get rid of it!?

Hello hello it's quite possible that the region you are mentioning has become hard because of the keratin deposition ...because of resting your hand in that way.. please make a Dermatologist once... it would have been better if you had shared the photo thank you
