Fracture of tibia& fibula
Hi doc
I met with n accident on thr 16th and was operated on the 17th can u please let me knw when can i start bearing weight on my left leg also can i buy a walking cast to help with better balancing as will have to resume wrk in the nxt weeks please advice

Hello........Broken bones heal at different rates, depending on the age of the person and the type of fracture.if it's commuted fracture it takes long time to heal, if it's simple fracture it heals faster...... Only your orthopedic surgeon can comment on this.. Consult your doctor...
