Tibia fracture walking duration
I met with an accident, and my both the legs tibia bones are fractured, surgery is done to each legs with 2 plates and nail fixation. Swelling on both the legs has been reduced. 80 days completed from the date of tibia surgery. Will I be able to walk now.

You should walk now. Continue active non weight bearing mobilisation of knee,ankle and hip. Start with partial weight bearing with walker. Then progress to full weight bearing. Pain relief will be important.

U should get X-ray done. If everything is OK then u can start partial weight bearing with Walker or crutch..
