Pain behind knee
While stretching I feel a pull behind my left knee. I have experienced hamstring stretches but this pain is different.it occurs when I stretch right leg also above a certain range

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

If it's in popliteal Fossa then could be bursitis. Better to get checked by a Good physiotherapist. Regards Dr.Rajveer Singh ( PT)

Hello there...... If you have leg pain from cramps or overuse, take these steps first: Rest as much as possible.Elevate your leg....Apply ice for up to 15 minutes. Do this 4 times per day, more often for the first few days....Gently stretch and massage cramping muscles....Take over-the-counter pain medicines.... Other treatment options will depend on the cause of your leg pain..... Consult Orthopedician.....
