Bone & Muscle problems

I just turned 18 and my height is 5'6.5 My mom is 5'3 and my dad is 5'4.5 I grew about an inch in the last month. Is it possible for me to grow till 5'8-5'9 if I stretch and cycle?

Hi My tailbone appears to be growing more than normal and it really hurts when i lie on the bed or when I get up It even hurts while I am sitting with my back leaning a little more than usual Please suggest what should I do

Hi, I fell down on steps a month back. Consulted a doctor few days back and got X-ray as well. They confirmed that there is no fracture but slight bone crack is there. He suggested to have 7-10 sessions of physiotherapy for elbow stiffness. I have taken but still my arm is not straight and having elbow pain.Please suggest what can I do?
