Bone & Muscle problems

I was involved in a car accident 2 yrs ago. I was in the backseat and the accident caused a jerk reaction in my right shoulder. I used pain relief spray that time, and a pain relief ointment as well. After a few days, it felt normal again. However, one day while working out and doing pushups, the injury recurred. I was not able to move my shoulder properly for 15 days. Then again, I visited my family doctor and not a specialist. He prescribed some medication along with pain relief ointment. That helped me somewhat. But after this incident, I feel uneasy whenever I start working out. I feel that there is always a niggling pain in my shoulder. Please help me with this. I need to start working out again in order to stay fit. Which specialist should I go to?

I am 63years old male, orthopaedic doc suspected kidney stone, and done ultrasound abdomen, result no calculi or hydronephrosis.and he advised to take tab.NUCOXIA MR for 10 days, no pain for 1month, now again facing same problem, please advice.

Hi, I was diagnosed with a minor stress fracture between by big toe, and 2nd toe on my left foot. I was told 1-2 weeks of recovery. It is now going on 5 weeks and I have been icing, using crutches and elevating. I can walk, but I have minor pain on top of the big toe, towards the outside, when I press off of the inside of my foot.. Any Ideas??

Muscle is paining on the left shoulder and hand. At times pain is unbearable but st times fine. Have taken combiflam and it had reduced but comes back again. I do extensive stichting I think it.moght be the reason. Had this problem before once and physiotherapist jad solved it 3 years back

I have tried everything like dry needling, cupping, iceing, rest. All these cured my shin splints temporarily, and whenever I start running again shin splints come back again. I have been suffering from this from last year. Actually I am going thorough a loop, 1 week of running then rest(for the recovery of shin splints), one week of running and then rest again. I have tried changing shoes, changing running form but nothing helped. Please help me I can do anything to get rid of this pain permanently.

From past one month I am experiencing pain in in my legs ( The portion between joints and knee ). Due to this I m feeling very lazy and feels sleepy. I m not understanding what could be problem. I don't want to take any pain killers...Appreciate your feedback and best possible solution.
