Bone & Muscle problems

I have been having strain on my neck at back side just below the head. Have put on violini still not being recovered. Because of this strain I'm also getting headaches.

I've had an x-ray of my leg recently as I had injured my leg a month and a half back and didn't consult a doctor thinking it was a simple sprain. The pain resided for a few days but it started hurting as badly as it did on the day of injury. My doctor diagnosed me with Ankle strain, ATFL , PTFL , CFL plus bone crack. Pls help.

I have pain for three months I carnt put my left arm behind my back I have very little strength in both arms this is affecting dressing and lifting things

Have a pain near the ankle while walking in the stairs. Pain is coming when pressure is more near the ankle. A swelling is present near the ankle.
