Bone & Muscle problems

I have been having a backache and muscle pain since april 23 2017. I had consult the doctor shikha sharma ,for a meanwhile i got relief with the treatment, but i did'nt get completely cured. Few days back again i went to the doctor she prescribed the medicine but i m not getting relief ,now i m having tingling in my left hand and backache.

I do ballet. I have been noticing an alarming sound in my feet when I point my toes. There is no pain anywhere. This only occurs in my left foot. The best I can describe this sound is grinding/crunching. It's not popping, and I can't feel any pop as well. I am also prone to cramps in my arch on my left foot. It is never at at the same time, though.

My mother(56 years) has been experiencing pain in knee joints from past 2 years and there is also pain in the ankles after consulting with few doctors they suggested that due the bones is friction between the bones which is causing pain and abrasion of bones. Please suggest suitable course of action and suitable doctors.

1 mnth back had fracture at Febula adjacent joint fracture. Had POP that day. Yesterday removed POP but still the pain remains same. Unable to walk. Having heavy pain when i try to keep feet on the floor. Kindly help me.

While playing cricket, leather ball hit my thumb. I have swelling and its paining. Swelling is both side.

Suspected spinal injury, and when I went to lie down last night I got pain in my back I went like a bit stiff and couldn't stop shivering my full body was twitchi g just wondering if this is something to sorry about and go back up to hospital

My mom worked as teacher in school for around 10yrs and she used to write on board alot with her right hand lifting it up.She stopped working around 7years back and from past 18months she is facing severe pain on her right upper arm.That pain is so furious that she is not able to lift anything or even pull the trolly luggage.She is not able to sleep on that side and touch her back with that hand.consulted many doctors and they told it's vitamin deficiency and she had tablets as suggested and thy all worked only when she was using and pain is back after she stopped them.Few doctors told that it's due to over heat.Can some one suggest me on what is the problem and which type of doctor to consult.Best doctor as well for same in Chennai. I have got my hand twisted in window yesterday. For two hrs it was paining very little but the next of hrs Pain is increasing. it has swollen very little. not much swollen

Sir,I have pain and inflammation in both knees since last 1 month.i got X ray done and it shows early degenerative changes in bones and cartilage.so what are the remedial action to be taken and and what can be done to restrict pain and present stage?
