Bone & Muscle problems

Hi doctor, My son who is 4.5 years old,has this issue,where when we move his hand or leg we hear cracking sound,mostly coming from elbow,wrist,knee and ankle joints. He also complains of pain at knee area(most of time only in one leg),also in leg between knee and feet. Both pain he gets in different legs,like his right gets knee pain then left sometimes has lower area of leg paining. Most of times these pain only come in night,that too after he sleeps as he wakes up and complains of pain. If we run or massage for some time,he gets to sleep but again gets up somedays more than once. Please suggest if I need to worry of something, if so what it could be. I am more concerned about cracking sound in joint than pain at night. Thanks

From past one year my body shivers a lot while picking weights in gym even with light weights. Last winter I notice this problem when I was holding a cup of tea my hands started shaking. Initially I thought it is due to cold whether but now my friends also started noticing this issue in me even when try to do exercise with light weights. I don't know for which kind of doctor I should look for or what precautions I should opt to stop this happening. I'm working in night shift from past 3 years which has imbalanced my diet and sleep pattern But I have no other suitable option and can't change job any time soon. Please help As from past few months i have stopped loosing weight, less strength because this issue of shivering is effective my mental motivation. Thank you

1 day i meet with an aacident so i gone to hospital like puthur kattu they hav done 3 times treatment by broken my finger 3 times i left it carelessly but nw i cant able to bend my thumb finger.please do ur needful

3yrs this problem exists Last 1yr severe pain always Consulted physician ortho neurologist ortho ...all drs and tests said no problems Neurologist figured out thyroid & am on thyronorm medication. Unable to do any domestic work or physical activity for 15-20mins my shoulder & arm pains severely. Is sports medicine specialist will help ?
