Sir I got fracture in calcaneus both heel since two months after fall from ladder I have been treated by an authorised orthopedic doctor by boot cart for four weeks followed by rest two weeks . But now I am suffering from a heavy itching and mild pain in my right heel. Please give your valuable opinion.

After a long time I have done exercise yesterday.. after that since last evening I m having lower backache .. What should I do? It's hurting alot.. now I am not able to stand and sit for a long time..

For the past ones year I am suffering from trigger finger in my left hand ring finger. I had taken 2 corticosteroid injections. It was better for a few months but again started triggering and even my right hand ring finger started triggering too. But surprisingly for the past few days all of a sudden the triggering got better by 95% though the pain and the nodule at the base of the finger and the morning stiffness is still there. My question is , 1- is my problem of trigger finger changing into something else or it is actually getting better ? 2- Do I go for another corticosteroid ? Please help, I'm in a state of confusion. Thank you.

Neck and shoulder pain doctor suggested Electro therapy IFT OR TENS. I am looking for this treatment.

I have been experiencing pain on left side of my left knee following a accident in which whole body weight got loaded on the knee and is paining since, No swelling observed but pain still persists.

My mom is suffering from oesthoartirits since last 5 years, it is severe now as her both joints are rubbing each others. Tried few injections on both knees they work for few days and problem starts again. Please suggest something which will work. Thank you.

I feel pain at my back waist in right side while bending or any such work that back waist supports. It gets relieved after few days if I rest properly and then suddenly appers someday while bending or any such work
