Bone & Muscle problems

I've been having this pain in and around the area of my left leg ankle. I had twisted my ankle 2 days back and eversince I have severe pain, difficulty in walking and moving.

50 yr old male with chronic upper back ache(scapular region with involement of neck) ..... accompanied by dull headache ....should i consult orthopedic or any other dr for this thing....

I woke up on 8th June and felt like my knee cant move. I did little leg exercise. I was able to walk but I cannot walk up the stairs and walk down the stairs. I cannot stand up putting weight on my left leg. I need support to stand.

Feeling pain in shoulder when i raise my both hands up. Even when i try to do pull-ups i feel pain in right shoulder.

Have been feeling tingling sensation throughout my right leg all day and every few hours the sensation increase in intensity. There is no pain nor does it affect my life. The sensation increases when i walk. Its been more than a month.

Sustained a 5th metatarsal fracture)by twisting my foot on 18/05/2017. For the first 12 days(30/5/2017) the the foot was in the white plaster cast with bed rest and no load bearing. After lightweight fiberglass cast I was able to walk with minimal/no pain. Now its almost 4 weeks, Const mild pain + sharp pains on slight load n walking has returned.

I have in foot palm and joints of hands & foots finger. When I use volini on these places, pain goes down but after some time it still starts to pain. I had lots of pain killer and calcium tablet for this but condition is still remain. It is happening from last 2-3 week. Could you please suggest me what to do?? Is this symptom of any disease???

Yesterday I injured my knee. So I am having pain while walking and doing movement. If I am sitting in one place or sleeping then it is fine. Otherwise I am having pain. Actually I injured my knee in very bad way. I am feeling that my leg is moving towards left.

Desiccation of l4 l5 and s1 intervertebral disc 1:  Posterior central disc Protrusion of l4 l5 level with peripheral annular tearing causing impingement ovrr thecal sac with mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing 2: Post left paracentral and foraminal disc extrusion at l5 s1 level causing compression over traversing left s1 nerve root with narrowing of left neural foramina

Am 32 yrs old I have been suffering from hip joint pain since long back .I am doing exercise but no relief. Please suggest any remedy
