Can't rotate my neck clockwise and anti clockwise...having pain in right side of neck which goes through vein

Hello sir .. are you in a desk job .. having prolonged hours of sitting.. pain going to one side of neck .. looks like a trapezius ms Spasm..if pain goes only to shoulder level .. If pain going beyond Shoulder to hand could be radiation of neck pain
