Bone & Muscle problems

I fell on my shoulder playing volleyball and it popped out of place for about twenty seconds. When I went to try life up my sleeve to look at it, it popped back into place. It still is sore in some areas when I move it a certain way. Should I still go see a doctor?

Random finger swelling in right hand. Mostly at tops of my fingers they are purple and bruised . I get ramdom tingling in finger tips . Should I go to ER or wait until tomorrow to call my doctor ?
