Right hand...Pain in centre of palm, numbness in fingers,feels like swollen but not visible wrist pain, elbow joint pain, shoulder joint pain, very less strength. I was giving strain on hand Earlier l had joint pain and comes back sometimes

Is there any history behind the pain or it started on it's own? Any neck pain? When does your arm hurt? Swelling doesn't come on it's own without a reason Did you injure it or lifted heavy weight?
