I have twisted my ankle 3 weeks ago. X-ray done no fracture or anything took some medicine from my family doctor, did icing & applied oxalgin gel for a week.

I am diagnosis with deficiency of vitamin D3 The level is 15.3. What amount of D3 should I take daily and how long.

My mother is having Palindromic Rheumatism for 11 years and taking regular medicine. Since last 6 months her right knee side gets frequent pain in movement lasting for a day to few hours. Orthopedic doctor advised her collagel syrup, physiotherapy and Rejoint tablet. No improvement in 3 months We showed to Dr Dharmanand, rheumatologist who confirmed that it's orthopedic problem requiring Ortho treatment. Dr recommended meniscus root repair through arthroscopy. Would like to take your advise and if surgery required take appointment. Also want to understand recovery period for surgery and whether it would involve using Walker.

Hi i have been to phsyio therapy they told i have quadrtus lumborum sprain . Got all test done citi mri urolgy test. Nthing came in that. Physio therapist told it can be cured by excersise and accupunter. Is there any medicine to strength ql muscle

Hi, I recently had health check up n found out my globulin levels are 3.8 (which over the range) desrespective of altering a/g ratio which is 1.1 and albumin 4.2 which falls within normal range. Should I be concerned?

Medicine prescribed Willoflex was not available at the Apollo pharmacy near the clinic and also at the other pharmacy on CMH road

I had undergone bone surgery 10 years back. Now after the wound is filled up by the flesh, it becomes tighten and gives pressure which restraints my movement to some extent. I feel no pain though but just a pressure in the joints healed a ​wound.

I have developed pain in my left knee. I went to a 750 kms road trip on bike and after that this pain came up! When ever i am sitting in squat position or when i use indian toilets, while standing back it pains alot. It takes a couple of minutes for me to get my body weight on left leg as the joint pains! I do not understand what is it. Please some advice!
