Bone & Muscle problems

I have pain on forearm. If the hand is free, not lifting anything then there is no pain. But pain comes when i tries to lift something, when straightens the hand after a long time etc. What could be ? Is it a tennis elobw?Please advise

Hi doctor, I got ligament tear in ankle in first week of january 2017. I did not get proper physiotherapy after my plaster got removed. I can walk now but my muscles around the knee and ankle are not strong. I can't run. Please suggest me what should I do. I am studying in IIM lucknow. I can't go for physiotherapist everyday. Request you to provide solution for this.

I sprained my ankle yesterday while playing badminton but after 10 mins rest I was able to walk by giving less string to my sprained ankle. We even went out for dinner but now it's very painful today morning and I m keeping my leg on a pillow. Swelling around ankle is there and when I move my fingers,it pains a bit.do I need to visit a doc ?
