Bone & Muscle problems

I met the doctor for my right ankle pain, he asked me to take MRI and few blood tests. After taking all the tests now, he is not clearly saying the exact problem. He is saying it's may be bone TB and some pus is there in that area. He ask me to take AKT tablet about 3 to 8 months. Pls let me know is this the Sevier prblm what i have to do for this

I got operated around 16 March that is three moths ago. I had a fall while dancing and had a fracture in my knee joint on patella. Three trim IT pins where used for fixation of the chip that was fractured Now the problem is of my ROM its just 90-9(Past two moths i am doing my PT sincerely) should I go for manipulation under anesthesia.

I was on trek for sat n sun and now there is swelling in the thumb of my left foot. During trek i got hurt as my nail was big but then i cut it but still its paining and selling is there.

I met an accident one year before and now find some problems after taking MRI as below, 1. chronic partial ACL tear. 2.Strain at the PCL at the femoral end. please suggest me, if i need a surgery or not?

Upper back and shoulder pain since last 5 days, my physiotherapist says it is due to neck strain and might take a week and some 5-6 sessions.

Had an ACL tear last year in june. Underwent a surgery. Was all good, untli few days back when the knee started paining all of a sudden for no reason. The area below the knee has a bit of a swelling & a numb feeling.
