Bone & Muscle problems

I recently had core decompression. I would like to know how long does the holes take to get completely filled naturally. There was no bone grafting or any other procedure. It was done on the hips.

Yesterday I fell down from sofa and got shoulder injury. Getting unbearable pain in moving left shoulder. Due to this unable to use left hand. Till now applied spray and taken pain killers but of no use. Might be bone has dislocated. Also, shoulder part is swollen up and it became little hard.

My wife 33 year old. She is having pain in thigh, arm(during the time of cooking, mouth washing, feeding the child, up right the hand) muscle and all over body. In early morning observed swellingin her fingers & foot. She is not feeling pain while working but feeling pain while sitting idle.She have thyroid but under control & taking 25mg everyday.

Its like sometimes i have leftside backache and sometimes right. Its basically the hip and upper back joint pain..

Sir I was playing football then I got injured during sudden movement . Since 5 months I m feeling pain in my adductor muscle and I m not able to play and Sprint any more and I have no idea which type of doctor do I need to ? I have been doing strengthening exercises as my physio suggested but no relief. Please help me I m from Jaipur Rajastha

My wife is 36yrs old. of late she is experiencing pain in the heels and finding it difficult to walk. earlier it was in one leg but now she is feeling pain in both heels

I am suffering from joint pain from last 20 years. So whenever it pains i have to take dolo 650 . Now i want to know that if i take 6 to 8tablets within a month (twice daily) is it harmful for me in future?

My wife suffering in muscle clots periodically. Many last night she wakeup suddenly and cry and said she cant raise her leg,and the thai muscle is hard and stays few seconds. After that she feels pain on that area for long time. Rarely it happend in her inner chest,in this place She cant feel clearly where is the clot (it is in bone or in muscle) . From about 5-6 years it is running rarely. What to do,please help.
