Bone & Muscle problems

About an hour ago my son was in the kitchen and a heavy glass bottle landed on his big toe on his left foot.. He is in a lot of pain and aware of it. He's not walking on it properly, like he's lifting the front part up and just walking on his heel.. what should I do?

I have been having shoulder pain for a long time ( 8 months ) but now it has increased very much. I am not doing anything it does not pain but as soon as I lift something heavy or try to throw something or move my shoulders at a particular angle it hurts very badly. Pains is also there is the trap area.

I have got a syst in my left knee. Doctor told to take MRI scan because it is not clear in the basic x ray. So if the Syst really exists what shall I do. Do need to go for an operation? Please suggest.

Accident happening 22sep17 right leg but not fracture only damage mussels n nuss and still many check up with bone, but not successful.currently only 80% fold and when trying 100% then got high pain.

I carried out MRI and found that high degree of tear in ligament Of knee but in general walking I can't feel any pain just problem persist during running
