Bone & Muscle problems

I am a football player and since last 12 month not gaining power on thight muscle And from few day also feeling pain in back sids

From past 1 yr I am having back aches in my lower back area (at times that switch to left or right sides). From past 2 months it's terrible, I wake up in the morning and I have a hard time standing up or sitting down on a chair. I have noticed that the pain in more when I start moving from a rest position, ex. After standing with assistance from wall, lying down on bed, etc. From the past 1 month, I have started experiencing pain in my ribs also. I cannot sleep on my sides or lie down on sides while watching movie or studying. These pains that I have experienced recently in the past 1 month (ribs) and 2 months (back), are so terrible that it's unbearable. Please let me what should I do. I don't know whom should I go to, a physiotherapist or an orthopaedic.

Foot sprain while playing last week. Swelling is now decreased to 20%. However, pain is still There . Please suggest.

Hello, Please take my request as personnel. My father attacked 'Fits' 5 years ago. Then he was taken to a hospital in hyderabad. Doctors said "If you consume alcohol now onwards , your muscles become inaCtive and become paralysed". After one year of that incident, he got 'Fits' again. Then on wards, his hands and legs even mouth became paralysed and not working because of nerves weakness slowly.        There was a strong personnel reason behind of He was not taken to any hospital other than homeopathy. Please suggest any economical way to cure him.
