I have been diagnosed with herniated disc which is pressing the thecal sac and it is causing severe pain in my left leg mostly calf and the pain starts from left lower back and reaches the lower left calf muscle. It has been around 5 months and i have tried many doctors who suggested many different medicines but none worked. I do not want operatio

I got my back muscles pulled 2 days before in gym and now I feel pain when Iove and try to walk straight. I can't walk straight because of it.Please advise.

My mom is suffering from severe pain in her right hand from the last 10-15 days. I massage her hand with different types of medicines but that gave no result. I consulted a orthopedic. He told my mom that this pain is because of some neuro problem and he gave my mom a medicine named pregalin to take every night after meal. Thus she started taking that medicine regularly. In the every morning she remain ok but in the night the pain returns. Inspite of taking pregalin the pain returns every night making her scream. So doctor pls help. Pls tell me what I will do now?
