Back shoulder pain (spondylosis)
My father has seen many doctors for this back pain just below the shoulder . doctors say its spondylosis pain and usually very pain ful in cold weather, driving car etc.

He can take the help of some NSAIDs like Aceclofenac 100 mg with Paracetamol 500 mg but main & long term benefit will be from Exercises for the Neck & Shoulders. However, an examination is a must. Keep a goo posture of the Neck . Don't keep Neck in bent position. Keep it straight & give rest to Neck by resting head backwards on a cushion frequently. If you are in pune, you can consult me.
