From last 2 year a lot of pain in mu mothers foot nd aslo swelling nd a lot of pain we were also ask from many doctors bt there's no any chnges in foot

My right foot fell in A ditch and got twisted. All my weight fell on the twisted foot's little toe side. It's been 3 5 days since the incident and half of my foot has gone green with swelling. I can't put weight on the foot and so can't walk properly. Please advise.

Injury happened May 1st, there was some pain in arm/ shoulder before injury, but nothing bad. (Like some throbs, or a slight ache but nothing like it is now) Dull, deep ache (burning? I have severe pain in my joints. It started from one knee and now all body joints are experiencing the same. (collar bones as well). My throat feels dry as well. It's been almost an year now.
