Pain in left shoulder
I havebeen suffering a shoulder pain from 2 year.First it was ok but now when i try to touch my back part of the body i get a pain.many doctor give me advise to tske injection of corcosteroid.but i scared of from this.actually i m ready to do any exersie or tablet.but i fear from steroid injection.it may be rotator cuff tear.sir what should i do.

Hi, I am glad you want to avoid steroids.
They are very harmful in the long run especially when you are so young
Firstly I need to understand your injury
Do you remember lifting any weight over head or shoulder getting pulled and that's how it started?
Also lift your arm straight up side ways once with pl up and then palm down...which one is more painful?
