Knee swelling possible ligament damage
I have a knee swelling. There is ligament damage. i want to know if there is any way to reduce the swelling in next 4-5 days as i have to take a flight to europe for my wedding on friday

Immobilise the knee with crepe bandage to avoid unwanted movements
