Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, I have been suffering from pain in my left bicep since last 2months. I have developed this pain during my workout my chin up work out in gym.. Since then I have been having this pain.. I had problem working out my arms bcoz of this.. I had stopped working out from last 15days but my bicep still hurts.. Specially when I try to lift/pull something with pressure  from left hand..

During the Badmention, I had a very bad twist which causing really pain in my knee. If I keep the foot properly I feel something slipped on the left leg's knee. And I have consulted the APOLLO doctor. He said nothing actually. Just medicine ointment and Cape Bandage. Please suggest me something?!

I hurt my knee playing softball 3 weeks ago. I slipped on the grass and just fell down. Every since then My knee has been giving out and recently starting to get swollen and having difficulty walking up and down steps.

Right shoulder pain since yesterday morning. Able to freely use hand and rotate, but there is a constant pain. Whenever i sleep or rest against a wall pain grows worse. Haven't slept all night today because of this.

My mother (age 52, weight 80) right feet is not supporting to walk, already have problem with back bone.

My left hand veins is working is properly every night after sleeping my is not work and am every morning wake up and moving my hand then this is the working.. so please help am very upset

Hi not able to update previous question therefore again raising the question with more details last 5 days i am having neck pain on right side, have tried massage, iodex etc but still no result. No medicine taken, this is the first time facing this issue, stop using pillow, laptop and mobile usage as working in MNC. Pls suggest

In 2009 my left little finger started to pain at the extreme joint near the nail. After sometime pain has gone but it remained bent. I showed to an orthopaedic and he said it is osteoarthritis and only surgery can correct it. After sometime my right little finger got the same problem. Now my left ring and middle finger have slight bent in the joint
