Bone & Muscle problems

My query is regarding my Mother. Age: 47, Height: 5.2, Weight: 70 Kg. Problem: Intermittent Pain in feet and ankle region after walking for some distance or doing any physical work. She also has callus feet. Pain is of high intensity often lasts for a 1 or 2 days. She visited an orthopaedic a few days ago, he prescribed pain killers and anti-inflammatory medications (Nortriptyline & Pregabalin combination). She also had X-ray examination. There will be a slight swelling after physical work or walking. My queries are: 1. Is the pain due to any underlying inflammation? 2. Is the pain a result of Vitamin D deficiency and excess uric acid in the blood? 3. Is it an indication of osteoporosis symptoms due to calcium deficiency that occur commonly in women of age >40? I need your suggestion to further proceed about the treatment strategy

Could someone tell me best govt. hospital for orthopedic specialist in Delhi, actually my ankle had been dislocated nd fibula fractured before three months ago. now all private doctors are denying for surgery they are telling me its risky. all are giving medicine precaution and i am not getting benefit from all it, i gets so mny prblms from my leg.

I am a skinny guy. Height is 165 weight is 50kg and my age is 17. For muscle gaining i started working in the jym. But only i got is a good shape, but my musclesnot gaining or increasing. I dont like to be get too fat but atleast average fitness i want. But my muscles are not gaining. I felt like still skinny even after going to gym.Is any problm ?

3 Weeks before I met an injury in my left elbow and x ray report confirms the radial neck fracture type 1.i had worn backslasb cast for 2 weeks.Then ,it was removed and advised me to do the normal activities.After one week of post cast removal,I am feeling pain in my wrist while using keyboard typing.i have now worn the sling pouch for carrying left arm as L shaped structure with my chest. Do I need to wear cast for one more time?
