Sharp pain in hips on sudden movements
I'm 24, and for the past one year I have been experiencing an extremely sharp stabbing pain in the hips,, that stays for around 15 minutes, just as I make a sudden movement involving legs, leaving me writhing holding my hinds.
A frequent example is when I play cricket or baseball and have to run suddenly after hitting the ball.
