I am looking for an advice from an Orthopaedic about ankle pain that i have developed in the last one month. I have severe pain as soon as i wake up from bed and it subsidies after i walk for a while. It's the same when i sit for sometime and get up.

Calf stretching before sleeping and once you wake up helps tremendously
Does your sole burn or hurt

Sometimes the muscle that is tight pulls on the heel bone and causes irritation that's why you get morning pains but once you move a bit it loosens up and you feel better
