Bone & Muscle problems

I've facing this problem from past 3.5 months .The pain started when I used to do normal squats at home and one suddenly the pain started .The pain occurs only when there is sudden pressure on that particular leg for eg playing cricket after a long time ,etc also the bone also gets bumped while there is pain

I have swelling on the wrist for 2 years after lifting up a heavy thing.i showed a lot of doctors but i got no relif till now.they sugest me for blood test and hand exercise but the result is zero.then what should i do my age is 45 and i am a female.

I got ankle sprain 2 months ago and still i feel extreme pain while moving my ankle clockwise or anti-clockwise for exercice. And from past few weeks, i am feeling pain at the back bone of my ankle when ever i get up every morning. i dont know how this pain started as i am not a sports guy also pains at right pelvis bone sometimes please advice.

Please suggest me some ways to recover me as fast as possible.it got twisted while playing.and min how many days should I take rest to get totally fit.

My query is regarding my Mother. Age: 47, Height: 5.2, Weight: 70 Kg. Problem: Intermittent Pain in feet and ankle region after walking for some distance or doing any physical work. She also has callus feet. Pain is of high intensity often lasts for a 1 or 2 days. She visited an orthopaedic a few days ago, he prescribed pain killers and anti-inflammatory medications (Nortriptyline & Pregabalin combination). She also had X-ray examination. There will be a slight swelling after physical work or walking. My queries are: 1. Is the pain due to any underlying inflammation? 2. Is the pain a result of Vitamin D deficiency and excess uric acid in the blood? 3. Is it an indication of osteoporosis symptoms due to calcium deficiency that occur commonly in women of age >40? I need your suggestion to further proceed about the treatment strategy
