Good morning madam lawyer Well it's unfortunate you got suffering from pain after your regular gym Well I would advice you to get your self evaluated in Pune itself. As the pain would respond to the class of drugs known as muscle relaxants but the choice of exact drug depends on the severity and grade of pain and your age, job profile and body conditions
Next Steps
Get yourself evaluated by a good orthopaedic surgeon locally and follow his valuable advice If still problem persist ask me a direct question
