Middle back pain
Have been facing this issue of middle back pain since 10-12 days. It's not severe but only pops up in the morning when I get up from the bed. Feels uncomfortable for maybe 1 hour and then becomes normal. I am a regular gym goer. Got my USG upper and Lower abdomen done. Everything is normal. Wat can be done for this pain. Kindly suggest doctors
