Hello! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing middle back pain on your left side. The next step you should take is to visit a doctor or a physical therapist to get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. In the meantime, here are some general tips that may help with your recovery: Rest: Avoid any activities that aggravate your pain, and take frequent breaks to rest throughout the day. Ice and heat: Applying ice or heat to the affected area can help reduce inflammation and relieve pain. Try alternating between the two every 20 minutes or so. Stretching: Gentle stretching exercises can help improve flexibility and reduce muscle tension. Make sure to consult with a professional before attempting any stretches to avoid further injury. Over-the-counter pain relief: Over-the-counter pain relievers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen may help with your pain, but it's important to follow the recommended dosages and not rely on them as a long-term solution. Good posture: Maintaining good posture can help prevent further injury and reduce pain. Make sure to sit and stand up straight, and avoid slouching or hunching over. I hope this helps, but again, I strongly recommend visiting a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
