I have been doing body work out from last one and half month and one day while doing so I got the pain in my left side of rib which is getting worse now. I can not move and can feel the pain while touching the region area as well. Please help

I had fallen from an Activa 15 days ago. Got injured on the lower left leg near side calf. There is a swelling and it pains when I press that portion. Not much pain while walking.

For last some days i m feeling too tired...and spend my day mostly sleeping...even fingers of my both hands get numb sometimes...and have mild headache and sometimes feel weightless ad get blank.

Insertional undersurface tearing is seen through the infraspinatus tendon measuring up to 13mm in the mediolateral plane. Some fraying of the bursal surface is also noted. There is associated bursal surface tearing also seen with the supraspinatus tendon associated with tendinopathy. Insertional tearing as also seen more anteriorly measuring up

It's been 15 days of injury and swelling is still there. My magnetic resonance imaging report says that I have a full thickness acl tear of 9mm. What if I go for surgery??. What if I don't go for a surgery??.. Is surgery safe in long term effect or later will I face some problems?? Your answer is valuable and will guide my decision.(detailed)

I have been suffering from knee pain of my left leg only. When I stand for half an hour or more. It feels heaviness in left knee. It shows swelled.
