Bone & Muscle problems

Really bad pain in my knee when i lean on it which i do often at work its nippy and burning like a hot poker

Leg pain occurs below the knees usually at night when I go to sleep it happens 2 times in a week. Sometimes black spots also happens due to pain in the legs. I also feel cramps and burning sensation but when I start walking it goes away automatically. Is it a case of RLS (Restless Legs Syndrome) Kindly advise

I find severe problem for riding into trains/buses or say any places which are at a little bit higher height from ground. I find it difficult to climb the stairs fast. While climbing i need support for holding for easy riding. But i am not having regular knee pain/ swelling or any kind of pain. I started leg exercises thinking its due to low strength of legs but its hardly helping. This problem is almost from my childhood as I can remember and is getting more prominent now may be. Kindly suggest.

My wife had dengu on 2012 after that she have been suffering left leg pain and fter that back pain started we consulted neuro doctor, and done a MRI which came as L4 S1 slight buldging, for that physiotherapy and quogress medicine suggested , but still no improvement, please suggest
