Groin pain
I have been suffering from groin pain since last two weeks...I am unable to walk properly.I HV done an xray which says spondylytic changes in L2 to L5. I have been asked to use a LS support belt. I want to know if this pain will ever subside or not

Hi, can you send the reports I can suggest exercises that my patients benefit from I am against the use of LS belt for spondylitic changes it increases the joint stiffness
