Knee & Shoulder Pain
My grandmother has been suffering from extensive knee and shoulder pain. Arthritis has been detected in both her knees, but doctors have not suggested the operation yet. She is also suffering from extensive shoulder pain. She is a thyroid and a BP patient. Please prescribe medications if any as soon as possible.

Hello,
Since doctor has advised no surgery for her as of now , the best way to treat her will be to start physiotherapy sessions for her. Exercises targeting knee and shoulder strengthening. These exercises will help slow down the process of knee damage plus help her get back to her routine.
I won't be the best person to prescribe you medications.
