Bone & Muscle problems

My mom is suffering from oesthoartirits since last 5 years, it is severe now as her both joints are rubbing each others. Tried few injections on both knees they work for few days and problem starts again. Please suggest something which will work. Thank you.

I feel pain at my back waist in right side while bending or any such work that back waist supports. It gets relieved after few days if I rest properly and then suddenly appers someday while bending or any such work

I'm a 26 year old female. I started working out almost 3 weeks ago. It had been intense but doable. After 2 weeks, I felt pain under my knee cap. Now, at almost 3 weeks, I have constant pain under both knee caps. My trainer said it's because i just started and to ignore it and it'll go away. Will it? I'm afraid of seriously injuring myself.

I am 24 years old but I'm look like a 15 years old boy. MY height is also too short, it's about 5.1" and weight 45.

I was born with cavus foot a foot deformity. When I was kid I able to run, jump or play any activities. Then at age of 15, my both knee started to pops out even just walking and it happen again and again. So we decided to check up then the doctor said I have CMT disease and it need surgery then I agreed. But after surgery my knees still pops out

I have neck pain and shoulders pain since 2 months which is recurring after my computer desk job and gets better when I woke up from sleep. Any sudden movement of neck gives massive pain. No relief even hot or cold pack or massage. Uneasy to sleep. Neck and shoulder muscular contraction feel. Please advise.
