While playing badminton I have injured my left knee and it used to swell whenever I play. So I gave pause for my sporting activities and started doing leg strengthening exercises.
I have done MRI as well recently, it doesn't show any abnormality. But still I have little pain during daily activities. how should I take further treatment ?
