Bone & Muscle problems

Hi.. my right foot big toe has been paining bad since yesterday.. this happend to me a few times in the past but would go away.. this time, it really hurts. Please advise.

I have flat feet from childhood, but the curvy part of both feet are swollen sucj that they portrude from normal boundary of feet. Also it hurts while standing, walking for more than 500 meters, jogging or running. It's been like 4 years. Please suggest how should i nove forward to cure it.

I got a knee injury , crack on the liquid bag in the knee 4 months before. And still its not cured completely . if i had a long walk or run there is a pain.And climbing stairs is always a problem

My mom is suffering from vericos veins and she has leg and joint pains constantly. She is not able to walk properly due to this.

I'm having a back problem. the lower part of my back, just below the waist and above the butt, it starts to hurt. I can't pick up heavy things because it feels like I'm going to break something . And when my back is under stress, let's say from sitting straight for a while or working out, and I relieve the stress by lying down, I get acute pain.

My dad is 52 years. He is heaving constant and severe pain in his whole left leg. earlier it used be once or twice a day but now it remains for whole day. He had been treated for hernia, fistula and urinary infection. Also his b12 level is said to be low. Please help, he is in very bad pain

I have  tumours or cyst in hand and leg ,it is not painful but it can be seen clearly over the skin which looks ugly

I have gone through the uric acid test today and it is within the prescribed limit. He is having so much pain and already having medicine from past 4 days, still his feet is swollen. He is using warm water on swollen part Suggest me how can it be cure

My upper side of back is paining a lot and my left knee.. I m patient of thyroid having 100mcg medicine

Its been 4 weeks since the broken toe. Now the toe is stiff and whenever I touch it then it's hard. What does that indicate?
