  4. Lower neck pain. Am dying. please help.

Lower neck pain
I am unable to move my neck up down left right. Having severe pain in lower neck and upper backbone. I slept i wrong posture and after getting up in morning i am feeling the pain and it gets worse after two days. For two days it was normal but now it is like i am dying. Please help...
